ENVIRO-PAK VERTICAL AIRFLOW VS. HORIZONTAL AIRFLOW

Not all products are processed in the same manner.  Some products are best processed if they are positioned vertically; some are best processed laid out on screens - in multiple layers.  From our inception, we have designed and offered both vertical airflow ovens and horizontal airflow ovens.  Our oscillating airflow system in our vertical airflow ovens and our reversing airflow system in our horizontal airflow ovens provide the most uniform temperatures in all our ovens.
The cost of horizontal airflow ovens is greater than comparable sized (physical size of the load space) vertical airflow models - 25% to 30% higher - but the horizontal model can out produce the vertical model by up to 4 to 1.  If your comparison is on product output, the horizontal is not only the most uniform, the most productive, but also the least expensive.
Our vertical airflow ovens have superior airflow systems guaranteeing the industry's best uniformity.  And this statement covers ovens from as low as 50 pounds per load capacities up to 36,000 pound capacities. 
 
If you hang your products vertically, then a vertical airflow oven is for you.  If you place your product on shelves or screens, then a horizontal airflow oven is for your operation.  Some of our customers have both types of ovens to take care of their products.
