The Ultra-Pak Series is designed for the high volume processor.  These systems are traditionally used for ham, bacon, sausage and many other standard items.

 

Today, everything from beef jerky to pate, poultry to seafood are processed in Enviro-Pak Ultra-Pak Series ovens.

 

All Ultra-Pak Series ovens are available in vertical airflow or horizontal airflow.

Ultra-Pak ovens are available in 4 to 16 truck size as standard (and larger custom sizes).  Also available in indexed travel models to 30 truck in either vertical airflow or horizontal airflow.

 

Full clearance areas around loaded smoketrucks so airflow is not restricted or improperly channeled.

 

Capacities range from 4,000 pounds to 30,000 pounds.
