ENVIRO-PAK MINI-PAK SERIES
Mini-Pak ovens are smaller and lower in cost than their larger brothers. Small processors, butcher shops, delis, seafood markets, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. find these to be ideal for their purpose. Operation is basically the same as larger ovens with product that is well processed and uniform.

The Mini-Pak Series provides unmatched versatility for hams, bacon, roast beef, prime rib, pastrami, turkey, chicken, sausage and fish.

Each model is fully U/L approved and NSF approved.
The Mini-Pak Series ranges in production capacity from 150 pounds to 1,000 pounds (of heavy, dense product) per load.
Construction features are basically the same as larger ovens with a few exceptions. All ovens are of fully welded construction utilizing 16 gauge stainless steel. All ovens have our high volume blowers for more than 20 air changes per minute (oven empty); all have high heat input matched to the maximum load.
