The Econo-Pak group of ovens are the smallest of the "Max-Pak" series. They are of slightly greater capacity than our "Mini-Pak" series.
The Econo-Pak and Max-Pak Series ovens are available in 500 to 4,800 pound capacity in either electric, steam coil or gas heat. All incorporate oscillating airflow, providing unmatched uniformity, higher production and improved cook times.
Oscillating airflow allows for heavier product loading and improves uniformity.
Max-Pak ovens are available in one, two, three and four truck capacities in an in-line configuration. Ovens can be "low-profile" design or with a back or top mounted air heater. "Flow-through" - adding a rear door - is also available.
The airflow in the Max-Pak models is increased to 24 to 28 changes per minute. The greater airflow assures uniformity and makes the Max-Pak series good "dryers" as well as ovens.
Smoke generators, liquid smoke systems, smoketrucks, screens, smokesticks, teflon screening, wood chips, etc., are available to match your oven requirements.
